Location: Science Park / Tai Po Ind Estate
Responsibilities:
Provide customer services to end users.
IT helpdesk/Technical Support for in-house.
Maintenance of IT support documentation.
Requirements:
Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years of experience in deskside support.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems.
Technical knowledge of supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 suite, VPN...etc.
PC and laptop configuration experience.
Proactive, responsible and good communication skills.
