Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up on RMA with services partners, including spare parts ordering, handling, delivery etc;
• Handling customer’s enquiries, claims, complaints, reportsbase on standard SOP and customer satisfaction;
• Manage data input, weekly report update, internal report management;
• Work with sales, product and marketing teams to settle quality issues and DOA / RMA cases;
• Support sales / marketing teams for sales activity, e.g. roadshow set up, commercial cases set up etc
• Fix the products based on guideline;
• Performing ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder or above, computer science related is preferred
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in customer service
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel is a must
• Attention to details and able to work independently and in cooperation with team members
• Detailed and customer oriented, independent and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to handle pressure from customers and to meet the deadline
