PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Providing Quality Reporting and Data Analysis covering all aspects of Quality for UA Apparel, Footwear and Accessories on a Global Basis.

YOUR IMPACT
- To monitor QA System Pivot 88 include creating Quality Plan Measurements, uploading documents and maintain good quality of system upgrade on both system platform and Apps.
- Cooperate with Pivot 88 System users for new features, able to teach users to learn and use the system across different countries/regions.
- Handle QA team chargeback and PO by using finance Ariba system & to be well cooperated with UA finance/accounting team ensure to align all the in & out figures in every month & quarter.
- Monitor material compliance project by working with suppliers and system users, involve communicating with Tier 1 & Tier 2 vendors.
- Working closely with global QA team to ensure QA Trip Report and monthly analysis report are relevant and accurate on the data base. Including maintaining a good library storage on SharePoint and vendor portal platforms.
- Participate and support ad-hoc projects such as Newsletter, Quality Manual, etc.
 

QUALIFICATIONS
-A bachelor’s degree or above in Business.
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in business analysis or project management in sizeable organizations specially in Supply Chain Management / Brand
- Have knowledge in apparel and footwear will be advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross functional teams and cross countries teams.
- Working experience of Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Snowflake is a must .
- Able to handle simple accounting process it will be advantage
- Excellent written and spoken in English.
