Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the technical team in providing installation, commissioning, and maintenance services for customers.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and customers to complete site inspections, technical acceptances, troubleshooting, technical training, and maintenance.
• Engage in technical exchanges with customers, develop technical solutions and schemes, participate in bidding, and other pre-sales activities.
• Ensure alignment with internal and external parties for integration design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or Telecommunication Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom or ICT project engineering; on-site and large-scale engineering experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in telecom/ICT/IT/cloud technology, security integration, big data, or related software and hardware technology.
• Hands-on experience with Switches, Routers, and Firewall configurations.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VMware, Microsoft, and other related certifications are highly advantageous.
• Preferred experience in Microsoft Hyper-V, Microsoft Active Directory, and VMware configuration.
• Excellent communication, learning, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
