Manage salary and other employee C&B related calculation and record keeping, including MPF, taxation, staff attendance, annual leave and group insurance plan, etc.
Assist in budgeting and implementing C&B related projects.
Participate in C&B policy and procedures design and implementation.
Follow annual human resource budget plan and cost control.
Requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or relevant principles, with study experience in Hong Kong or overseas preferred.
Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Familiar with local labor laws and employment regulatory requirements, experience with C&B management systems and processes preferred.
Proficient in HR, payroll related software.
Strong work ethics and dedication, with attention to details.
Good command of Chinese and English languages.
