Responsibilities:

  • Oversee finance & accounting functions
  • Monitor treasury management and cash activities, including cash movement and liquidity
  • Manage financial planning processes including annual budget setting, monthly rolling forecasts and projected cash flows, short and long term budget plans, budget monitoring and management
  • Monitor and improve financial controls in compliance with the Group Policy
  • Handle other ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting & Finance or related disciplines
  • Qualified ACCA/ HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent internationally recognised accounting qualification
  • 8+ years or above of relevant accounting experience
  • Hospitality/ F&B/ Property related industry experience is a MUST
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detailed-oriented and independent
  • Able to lead, manage and coach an accounting team
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficient in MS application particularly in Excel
