Seeking an experienced candidate for managing in-house social media and PR for FMCG brands (beauty, household, personal care, food, healthcare etc.).
Main Responsibilities:
Create engaging digital content (photos, videos, infographics).
Plan and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, XHS, Tiktok etc).
Drive engagement on social media.
Manage ads and marketing campaigns.
Build relationships with influencers and Brand Ambassadors.
Handle KOL influencer management (pitching and coordination).
Conduct media pitching.
Measure, optimize, and report on campaign performance.
Collaborate with the sales team.
Plan and execute PR and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media/digital agency or PR.
Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms.
Quick to respond to ad-hoc events.
Strong interest in the FMCG sector.
Good commercial awareness.
Skills in CANVA are a plus.
Strong KOL network is advantageous.
Experience in KOL influencer management.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
Avid social media user with interest in FMCG.
Proactive, innovative, and curious.
