1. Accountant 

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
• At least 8 years of work experience in handling full set of accounts
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills
• Proficiency in  Microsoft office (e.g. Word, Excel, Power point & Chinese word processing)
• Hands on experience in Peachtree Accounting System is an advantage 
• Able to work independently, strong time management and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Immediate or short available is preferable

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Prepare full set of accounts 
• Review all management accounts of group companies and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Prepare payroll, MPF, employer’s return and benefits related issues and provide updated information to relevant government authorities
• Monitor daily funding and cash flow position 
• Handle the external audit
• Prepare documentation submitted to Company Registry
• Handle renewal of licenses in different government departments in HK
• Overtime work and outdoor work is required occasionally
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
