Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships, including potential clients
- Develop and Implement strategic business development plans for financial / ESG reporting services, IPO and other financial documentation and communications projects, encompassing both printed and electronic solutions
- Prepare comprehensive and accurate project quotations and provide cost updates to clients as needed
- Oversee and monitor the progress of each project, ensure effective communication and coordination with clients until project completion
- Generate billing statements for completed projects and provide clients with clear explanations of any cost variances
- Propose and execute marketing development plans and strategies, including the creation of marketing tools such as brochures and flyers
- Collaborate closely with vendors and suppliers to address job-related matters effectively
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
- DSE / Diploma or above in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related discipline
- 1 year or above related working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Self-motivated, independent and proactive
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in PC operations and MS office
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
