Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the sales and operations teams to optimize market coverage and drive revenue growth
  • Set performance targets and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify client needs and tailor solutions to enhance partnerships
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Build strategic partnerships with corporates, business groups, and property developers

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years in business development, preferably within retail leasing with business network with major retail chain or property developer
  • Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s retail property market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for market data analysis and reporting
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
