Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales and operations teams to optimize market coverage and drive revenue growth
- Set performance targets and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to enhance partnerships
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Develop strategic initiatives to strengthen market positioning
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
- Build strategic partnerships with corporates, business groups, and property developers
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years in business development, preferably within retail leasing with business network with major retail chain or property developer
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong’s retail property market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for market data analysis and reporting
- Highly self-motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
