Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management in both business / personal matters
  • Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
  • Arrange detailed schedule, itineraries and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings
  • Handle and maintain the staff attendance and leave record
  • Attend meeting as required and prepare meeting minutes
  • Organize functions and activities as required
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
  • Good working attitude, responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

Alternate Saturdays, Double pay, Medical, Annual leave, Bonus
