KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Manage Compliance & Risk Management Team
• Implement an effective AML/KYC compliance framework across the Company and on-going compliance monitoring to ensure the Company in compliance with rules and regulations of TCSP and trustee licensing requirements
• Provide guidance and advisory support to all departments in understanding and complying with regulatory requirements
• Promote continuous enhancement of AML/KYC controls through compliance reviews
• Coordinate or conduct company-wide training on risk and compliance matters on a regular basis
• Continuously monitor and update global regulatory policies and processes to comply with changes in regulatory reporting requirements
• Act as Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO)

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 6 years of relevant solid experience in AML/KYC compliance in professional firms or other financial institutions are also preferred
• Good problem-solver to deal with unconventional situations due to changing regulatory environments and business development
• Good communicator to liaise with other departments for appropriate compliance measures relevant to operations based on a risk-based approach
• FRM, CFA or other equivalent qualifications would be preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (inclusive of Putonghua and Cantonese)
