Responsibilities:

• Participate in developing test plans, implementation plans, and migration plans.
• Installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of switches, routers, firewalls, and IP networking equipment.
• Network acceptance tests and project documentation upon completion.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures.
• Responsible for network monitoring and troubleshooting
• Ensure that the IT network infrastructure meets compliance and security standards.
• Handle ad-hoc project implementation or technical support

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT networking.
• Hands-on experience in Data / IP networking, configuring and operating routers and switches.
• Knowledge in layer 2, layer 3 & routing protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Spanning Tree, VLAN, OSPF, EIGRP and BGP
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• CCNA certification holder or equivalent is preferred.
• Fresh graduates will be considered for the position of Assistant Network Engineer.
