Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing tenders, preparing proposals, budgeting, and project pitching. 
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of events and projects. 
• Handle project management including design briefing, sourcing, vendor production briefing, production checking, logistic planning, on-site installation supervisor, etc.
• Monitor the progress of project deliveries including on-site installations, operation, and dismantling periods.
• Manage and maintain good business relationships with customers.
• Follow up and answer customers’ inquiries.
• Execute and support digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including assisting in content creation and managing social media platforms, SEO, SEM.
• Perform any ad-hoc assignment as required.
   

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Event management, sales and marketing, or similar field.
• 2 years of experience or above in project management, sales, marketing, event and exhibition production, or experiential marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent manners, organizational skills, communication skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly motivated, and able to work independently.
• Short notice or immediate availability preferred.
