RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitoring all the stages of project life cycle, coordinating resources, user training and monitoring project execution to ensure successful project milestones are met.
Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
Communicate the user requirements with the customers and evaluate with the technical team together.
Participate in testing to ensure solutions meet requirements
On-site project support will be required if any.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business, Computing or Information Technology related disciplines;
Preferably 1 year or above customer services or project management experience, in banking or financial technology industry has preferable advantage;
Target oriented, Self-motivate, reliable and can work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Positive working attitude, passionate to learn industry knowledges and result-oriented;
Able to prioritize reported issue/queries, to collaborate with technical teams for resolution, and to manage the client’s expectation in terms of timeline and requirements.
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
Fresh graduate is also considered.
