Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system support to our clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Conduct HR system demos for new customers, showcasing the features and benefits of our solutions
• Work independently while maintaining excellent communication with team members and clients

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in HR and Proficiency in SQL scripting is an advantage
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
• High level of independence and self-motivation
