Responsibilities

• Manage and operate daily activities for production application operation, including system monitoring, configuration and deployment
• Manage and operate BCP drill, DR drill and market rehearsal
• Support users on the daily operation and enquiry
• Track an incident proactively and mitigate the impact, as well as to escalate any critical incident to management
• Develop and maintain IT operation automation workflows (e.g., deployment scripts and production support by SoapUI) and manage source control systems (SVN/GitLab)
• Manage UAT and production environments, ensuring seamless transitions, thorough testing, and minimal disruptions to IT operations
• Manage operations and support knowledge with Confluence

Requirement 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in which 2 years in supporting enterprise level application
• Domain knowledge in investment banking system is highly preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with strong communication skills and writing skills
• Be able to work under pressure and orchestrate the team and resources to move according to tight schedule
• Familiarity with Database management and SQL statement
• Able to support operations for weekend deployment if necessary
