We are a lingerie manufacturer based in Hong Kong with offshore factories in Southeast Asia. To support our rapid expansion, we are now seeking high-calibre professional candidates to join our energetic team.

  Job Duties:

• Handling full set of shipping documents
• Coordinate with oversea factories and forwarders for shipping schedule and arrangement
• Prepare L/C banking documents 
• Customs declaration with the Trade-Link System.
• Data entry into the ERP System and prepare invoice with supporting documents
• Provide clerical support, such as data entry tasks, filling

Requirements:

• DSE/ F.5 or above, High Diploma in related discipline definitely preferable
• At least 3 years shipping experience in garment especial in EU and US market
• Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Positive work attitude, able to work under pressure & independently 
• Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in system data entry e.g. SAP would be an advantage
