Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• 3 years working experience or above in QS in Main Contractor and civil projects;
• Contract administration in QS skill;
• Work independent;
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage;
• Good command of written in both English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimation, extension of time claims, certifying payment and variation and final account settlement;
• Assist dispute resolution matters;
• Handle sub-contractors’ payments, main-contractor's payment & variation orders;
• Document control, system entry, reporting;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned;
• Preparing subletting and tender budget and report

Qualifications / Educational Requirements, Skills & Experience:

• At least 5 years working experience or above in QS in Main Contractor and Civil projects;
• Contract administration in QS skill;
• Familiar with CESMM;
• Work independent;
• With NEC Contract experience is an advantage;
• Good command of written in both English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor
