• Holder of Degree / Diploma or above in Property Management or related disciplines;
• Holder of Provisional Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) / (Tier 2) Licence;
• 3 years’ solid experience in property management, preferably with experience in management of luxury / large-scale residential estates;
• Well versed in Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Incorporated Owners;
• Customer-oriented and with good communication skills;
• Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese is essential;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer.
• Location: The Beverly Hills, Tai Po
