Key responsibilities:

• Build, oversee, renew and manage a portfolio of general insurance policies for new/existing corporate clients, including to actively seek new sales opportunities so as to expand the existing book
• Support Marketing/Sales and Renewals of Commercial General Insurance Products (Public Liability, WICA, Property, PI, D&O, etc.)
• Manage and renew a portfolio of existing group client accounts of various sizes and premium values
• Assist in mid-term policy adjustment requests and queries which clients might have, as well as client escalations
• Coordinate the renewal process and paperwork from pre-renewal stage to post renewal until completion of payment
• Assist in claims assigned, which includes liaising with insurers/clients
• Draft claims report, depending on client requirements, perform analysis and present to insureds
• Attend to new business queries from leads harvested through various initiatives
• Understand clients’ needs and propose effective solutions for a range of B2B insurance requirements
• Develop strong relationships with new/existing clients to seek/expand global opportunities, including cross selling to other lines of business
• Prepare reports as required and work on RFP’s such as tenders
• Negotiate with, and maintain strong relationships with insurers, ensuring timely delivery of documents, services and solutions
• Assist in drafting of quotations, and follow on quotations/renewals sent to clients

Requirements:

• Proactive and service-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Sales driven, positive and results-oriented
• Excellent English
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• BCP, PGI and ComGI are required for licensing
• Degree / Diploma Holder
• Immediately available is highly preferred
