Responsibilities

• Source quotations for goods/services, and follow through the purchase orders ensuring timely delivery;
• Manage the department’s supplier database;
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tenders and contract negotiation; 
• Assist in the planning and implementation of the company’s sustainability initiatives; and
• Provide administrative support to the department, and undertake ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Business Studies, Purchasing and Supply or Environmental Science;
• Minimum 4 years relevant working experience;
• Good negotiation skills and communication skill;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage; and
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
