The founders of this venture have a proven track record in building talented teams and fostering innovation. They are looking for 3 Chinese speaking Research Scientist or Senior AI engineer to join their global research team based in Canada.

The founders have experiences in leading an USD 1B / unicorn valuation start-ups's exit, while at the same time, finding a new venture and these 3 hiring will be reporting directly to the founders. The positions will be based in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new techniques and methods for advancing reinforcement learning with LLM, and multi agent systems.
• Lead the AI research and development team.
• Conduct experiments and build datasets to improve LLM performance in complex, context-dependent workflow.
• Drive the design and implementation of LLM and AGI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.

Qualifications:

• PhD or MSC in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science.
• At least 3 years working experiences post PHD or MSC or MPhil education.
• Strong experience with LLMs and AGI foundation models.
• Good experiences in neural network frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow etc.
• Good experiences in Reinforcement techniques such as Reinforce and PPO.
• Previous roles in companies focused on LLM development are a significant advantage.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.
