Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction of the company's procurement management system and the formulation and improvement of procurement-related processes and regulations.
• Organize and implement various procurement projects within the company.
• Conduct supplier recruitment, communication, evaluation, and post-assessment, and establish and maintain a supplier information database.
• Responsible for organizing procurement committee meetings; preliminary review of project materials, coordination of departmental approval matters, and organization of expert panel pre-review meetings.
• Responsible for procurement file management.
• Responsible for the design, establishment, and operation of the company's procurement management system.
• Organize the preparation of procurement budgets, procurement acceptance, and payment management.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
  
  

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline or above;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate procurement management, preferable in state-owned financial enterprises;
• Familiarity with procurement-related laws, regulations, and industry policies, with a strong sense of compliance;
• Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills;
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data;
• IT, legal, or financial professional knowledge or background, strong writing skills and other necessary knowledge and skills will be highly preferred;
• Good command of SPOKEN and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
