CISI International Asset Management is seeking a professional with extensive experience in fixed income investments and money market fund management to join our Fixed Income team. Candidates should possess excellent market analysis skills, be familiar with both international and local market dynamics, and be capable of independently managing and optimizing fund portfolios to meet or exceed set investment returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement fixed income strategies, manage and optimize investment portfolios.
• Analyze market trends, assess investment risks and develop corresponding risk management strategies.
• Monitor economic, political, and market developments, adjusting investment strategies in response to market changes.
• Prepare and present investment reports, ensuring transparency for internal reviews and investors.
• Participate in the KIP program, acting as a Key Important Person, leading the team and driving departmental growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in fixed income or money market public fund management.
• CFA or similar qualification preferred.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in both English and Chinese communication and writing.
• Experience or qualifications as a KIP (Key Important Person) in public funds is preferred.
