Position Overview :


We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-mindedHR operations Associate. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA), HRBP, as well as C&B teams to handle critical HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and visa applications for Hong Kong and Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a passion for process improvement, and future development potential in Learning & Development (L&D) related work.


Key Responsibilities


  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Partner with the TA team to manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Offer Process & Contracting: Handle the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Background Checks: Facilitate and manage background check processes, liaising with third-party vendors when necessary.
  • Visa Applications: Oversee visa application processes for Hong Kong and Singapore, ensuring all requirements are met and documentation is properly filed.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in HR operations and recommend improvements to streamline processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaboration & Support: Serve as a liaison between the SSC, HR, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR-related processes adhere to local employment laws and company standards, with meticulous documentation.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Internship experience in HR operations or a related function is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HK labour laws and different VISAs highly preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and locations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-driven, proactive with a growth mindset, eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong ownership of tasks and a hardworking attitude, with a commitment to delivering results.
