Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer data analytics, maintain digital dashboards and generate reports from multiple data sources to understand customer behavior and journeys, and draw actionable insights for 11 regions in Asia
- Manage and optimize data attributes and audience rules to enrich customer profile, enhance segmentation and help deliver a personalised experience
- Monitor progress on data capture, propose improvements on data collection rules, data utilization and enrichment
- Manage and prepare the reporting environment including data sources and quality of imported data
- Integrate, refine, and prioritize diverse stakeholder inputs to create a cohesive and streamlined set of project requirements
- Work closely with technical teams on project scope, data source setup, data flow development/monitoring, data field creation, CRM solution enhancement, bug fixes and UAT
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Information System or related fields
- 2 years relevant experience in data visualization, performance analytics and tag management
- Proficiency in SQL and R
- Experience in PowerBI, Google Tag Manager and/or any similar solutions is a plus
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, tagging, behavior tracking, data pipeline and/or CRM is advantageous
- Analytical, fast-learning with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working in a multi-national and fast-paced environment
- Good spoken and written English
