Role Summary
PMO Manager is responsible for managing different business projects to achieve the business objectives. This role acts as the central functional interface between the internal team and external stakeholders & business partners.
Role Responsibilities
Develop strategic plan, execute and implement the actions aligning with business objectives
Implement PMO methodologies, frameworks, and processes to deliver project milestone
Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Facilitate project governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
5+ years of experience in business consulting
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques, PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus
Knowledge in healthcare industry is preferred
