Job Responsibilities

1. Design, development, and implementation of AI-driven IoT solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct original research and development in artificial intelligence and IoT technologies to address complex challenges.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices, cloud infrastructure, and AI algorithms for end-to-end solutions.
3. Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept models to demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
4. Optimise existing systems and processes by applying advanced data analytics and AI/ML techniques.
5. Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of IoT and AI systems through rigorous testing and validation.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, IoT, and related technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

Qualifications

1. A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM fields from a well-recognised university (top 100 in STEM-related subjects preferred).
2. Proven experience (minimum 3 years for Bachelor’s degree holders) in R&D roles involving AI, IoT, or related domains.
3. Expertise in machine learning, neural networks, and IoT system architecture.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Javascript, PHP or Java, and familiarity with IoT protocols (e.g., MQTT).
5. Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
6. Familiarity with cybersecurity measures web and mobile applications.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address scientific and technological uncertainties.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present solutions effectively.
9. Demonstrated ability to work in agile teams and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
