Description

  • Strategic Engagement: Lead the investor relations strategy, fostering relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and stakeholders to enhance the company's market presence and investor confidence.
  • Communication Mastery: Develop and deliver compelling investor presentations, financial disclosures, and strategic updates to ensure transparent and effective communication with investors.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Investor Feedback: Act as the primary interface for investor inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement to maintain investor satisfaction.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with executive management, finance, legal, and marketing teams to align investor relations activities with overall corporate objectives.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at investor conferences, roadshows, and industry events to promote awareness and build relationships within the investor community.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, including SFC filings and disclosures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, etc.) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, fundraising, or related roles.
  • Extensive experience in investor relations or related fields within the financial services or digital asset industry, with a strong understanding of financial markets and investor behavior.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial media.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting clear and persuasive messages for different audiences.
  • Proficient in financial analysis and modeling, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset to anticipate investor needs and market trends.
  • Fluency in English & Mandarin.
