Must-Have- VDI Support & troubleshooting experience
·Implement changes to the desktop environment as directed by the Project Specialist coordinator depending on the nature of the project.
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer care skills.
·Ability to work under pressure and on tight timescales.
·Experience using the help desk call management system.
·Experience with Jira and Agile delivery processes.
·Technical grasp of a wide range of applications both in-house and 3rd party applications
