The Lab (Asia) Ltd. is part of SGS Group, a fully independent materials testing, inspection and consulting company serving the construction, civil engineering, highways, airports and associated industries. The company has comprehensive laboratory and site testing operations, and provides materials inspection, investigation and consultancy services.
Provide general clerical and administrative support to the operation team
Prepare, maintain and update the records in a timely manner
Assist supervisor to prepare reports and documents
Collaborate with internal departments and EXTERNAL parties on subcontracting and invoicing issues
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Diploma holder with at least 2 years' administrative / clerical working experience, preferably gained in construction, engineering or testing, inspection & certification industry
Proficient in using MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive and self-motivated
Fresh graduates will also be considered
