Who we are looking for?
We are looking for people who enjoy fun and laughter at work and are excited about a new brand and the company's amazing future growth and development opportunities. What will you do?
- 收集有關酒店內有關任何損失/事件的資訊，並與各部門進行溝通
- 與其他團隊成員分擔夜間值班的職責
- 防止客人、團隊成員和公司的財產損失和破壞
- 應對任何緊急情況並採取適當行動
- 在緊急情況下協助客人和團隊成員疏散，確保最大限度地控制場面、減少恐慌
- 向主管/經理和/或值班經理報告任何異常事件，並確保輪班期間的事件都記錄在案
- 維持控制室週作，監督經由所有出入口進入的人員
- 確保所有訪客/承包商簽到和簽出並得到適當的陪同
- 除非另有要求，否則要靈活地協助其他部門處理與保安相關的請求
- 定期巡邏酒店所有區域和酒店周邊之區域
- 履行主管指定的任何其他職責
Knowledge & Skills
- 了解辦公室管理、無線電設備、消防、安全和安保事宜
- 有1-2年客顧服務相關職位的工作經驗，有於五星酒店或生活風格品牌酒店工作經驗者優先
- 有一般電腦知識，有使用或銷售系統輸入和查找工作相關信息的技能者優先
- 能夠同時處理多項任務，在快明節奏的環境中工作，並且關注細節
