Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will:
  • Handle full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions including staff recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management and staff relations, etc.;
  • Assist in reviewing the implementation of the Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operations manual regularly to ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with the relevant ordinances;
  • Plan and coordinate staff training and development programmes;
  • Assist in budget and manpower planning, and preparation of HR-related statistical and analytical reports;
  • Liaise with insurance brokers/ insurance companies for the acquisition and renewal of HR-related insurances;
  • Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive HR management system to meet the operational needs;
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR-related issues, as well as give advice and answer enquiries on HR matters; and
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
 
Requirements
Candidates should have:
  • A bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in HR management. Relevant work experience in Government departments or public bodies is an advantage;
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
