Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Administration and Resources Management), the appointee will:
- Handle full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions including staff recruitment and orientation, compensation and benefits, performance management and staff relations, etc.;
- Assist in reviewing the implementation of the Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operations manual regularly to ensure that HR policies and procedures comply with the relevant ordinances;
- Plan and coordinate staff training and development programmes;
- Assist in budget and manpower planning, and preparation of HR-related statistical and analytical reports;
- Liaise with insurance brokers/ insurance companies for the acquisition and renewal of HR-related insurances;
- Maintain an up-to-date and comprehensive HR management system to meet the operational needs;
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR-related issues, as well as give advice and answer enquiries on HR matters; and
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements
Candidates should have:
- A bachelor degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline;
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience in HR management. Relevant work experience in Government departments or public bodies is an advantage;
- Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other HR related regulations;
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
A three-year employment contract will be offered. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
