Key Responsibilities:


As a Communications Officer, you will assist the Communications Manager in implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the hotels’ marketing communications strategy. This includes managing advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics, and collateral to support the hotels’ marketing objectives and maximise positive exposure in local, national, and international markets.

  • Ensure all marketing collateral (rooms, F&B, events, and weddings) meet consistent high standards and comply with brand guidelines.
  • Develop creative content for publications and social media, identifying key audiences for partnerships and promotions to enhance brand awareness.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including organising, filing, and independently handling reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers for the production of printed and digital promotional materials.
  • Work with other departments to assess and support their internal and external communications needs.
  • Process and follow up on quotes, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist with hotel creative productions, including photoshoots.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications or Public Relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing or those with relevant skills and knowledge will also be considered.
  • Strong media connections with editors and influencers in travel, lifestyle, and dining scenes.
  • Proven track record in executing marketing ideas and content development for corporates.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Proficient in computer applications and design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (a plus).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
