Job Summary / Responsibilities:

• Perform data management tasks on bank-wide applications, including the setup, standardization and monitoring of data standards, data quality, metadata, data security and life cycle
• Coordinate with stakeholders to tackle requests on data usage, change requests, data cleansing and problem resolution on incidents related to data
• Take initiatives and drive coordination in enhancements or projects to strength the proper use of data
• Drive solutions and project executions to advocate the use of data via reporting & BI tools
• Provide consultancy and supports to application and system teams in data management areas
• Provide supports, materials and KPIs related to data management initiatives
• Provide production support and troubleshooting in data management areas

Experience and Education:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT industry with at least 1 year in data related projects that involve data management, data design, application development and SDLC activities
• Working experience in banking or financial industry with good understanding in related data management projects and data technologies is desired
• Solid SDLC & project management experience in data warehouse / data marts / data analytics / data scientist is a strong plus
• Solid experience in data engineer, data management or data governance is an advantage
• Hands-on experience in Cloud, and AI technologies is a strong plus
• Able to communicate and hold meetings with stakeholders from business units and technical teams to provide solutions and resolution in timely manner
• Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and work under pressure with tight timeline
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and preferably Mandarin with excellent written and verbal communication skills
