• Support, monitor and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB and Redis databases

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Level 2 infrastructure support
• Perform database installation, patching and system changes
• Support, monitor and maintain databases related tasks
• Perform system capacity monitoring and performance tuning
• Support system incident handling and follow up problem diagnostics
• Provide assistance in data analytics and infrastructure related projects
• Perform vendor management

 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years system support experience with hands-on Database administration
• Familiar with MySQL and Oracle Database systems is required
• Knowledge on PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis will be an advantage
• Knowledge on Cloud managed database is preferred
• Certificate Holders of OCP / ITIL would be an advantage
• Team player, self-motivated and interested in technology
• Able to work as on call basis during non-office hours
• Good command in both Chinese and English
