Responsibilities

• Lead the team to support trade product and relevant system development on operation levels, prepare and review the respective operation procedures, participate in testing, in order to mitigate the associated risks when offering the products to customers
• Oversee daily operations of trade financing products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
• Perform Anti-money Laundering checks on trade finance transactions
• Act as a checker for trade documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they comply with company standards, and other relevant regulations
• Escalate to the management for any exception, problem, error and abnormal transaction identified during processing
• Attend to internal and external queries on trade finance activities covered
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve customer satisfaction by streamlining processes.
• All other job duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, international trade, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in trade finance operations
• Professional knowledge in e-Commerce financing
• Hands-on experience in handling Export Credit insurance with Sinosure (中国出口信用保险公司) is a plus
• Fluent Mandarin and written Chinese is a must
• Good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
