Your new company

  • A sizeable bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead their Complaint Handling Team. As the Team Head, you will be responsible for managing a small team and handling escalated cases from regulators. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all complaints are resolved efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your new role

  • Lead and manage the Complaint Handling Team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Handle escalated complaints from regulators, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve complaint handling processes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor and report on complaint trends and outcomes to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A university degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in complaint handling, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in communicating in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and complaint handling processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complex cases with professionalism.
