Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall project management to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget  
• Coordinate both internal resources (both onshore or offshore resources) / stakeholders and vendors for smooth execution of projects
• Identify and manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implement projects
• Develop detail project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
• Anticipate and resolve complex or difficult risks / issues in a timely and effective manner
• Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
• Participate in pre-sales to proposal construction and presentation

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in system development projects, ideally from IT Consulting
• Prior experiences on managing digital project(s), e.g. new mobile app / Web site implementation
• Prior experiences on managing analytics project(s) is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experiences on managing projects in vendor / consulting firm environment is highly preferred, i.e. PM in in-house environment not preferred
• Solid experience in project management, solution planning or delivery
• Strong technical background and project management skill
• Strong experience / knowledge in both traditional waterfall methodology as well as more modern Agile / iterative methods
• Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects. Several thousand-man days, could be ideal
• Excellent client facing and communication skills
• Must have strong English communication skills
• Certification on Project Management is preferred (PMP, PSM / CSM, etc.)
