About Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP)
Accenture Analyst Accelerator Program (AAP) is a well-designed systematic and personalized development program for our graduate recruits. The program aims to cultivate well-rounded talent and business leaders for our Strategy & Consulting and Technology services by providing new joiners with two-year customized training and experiences working on a wide range of projects. Enabling rapid growth of our new recruits and helping them build industry expertise, leading technical capabilities and data-driven problem-solving skills, the AAP program primes them for their future career working alongside Accenture’s cross-industry teams to formulate exclusive digital solutions, empower end-to-end transformation and create 360° value for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Gather and analyze client information through research, interviews, workshops, and analytic tools to uncover opportunities.
Define Client Needs: Articulate business requirements, ensuring alignment between client and consultant on necessary changes to leverage opportunities.
Design New Processes: Collaborate with clients to create new business processes and technology requirements for effective implementation.
Guide Change Adaptation: Define the impact of changes and support leaders, employees, and customers in adapting to new practices.
Build Capabilities: Assist clients in developing the skills and capabilities necessary for growth and sustainable performance.
Develop Data and AI Strategy: Shape and implement a comprehensive data and AI strategy, assess organizational maturity, and promote Responsible AI to foster innovation and commercialization opportunities.
Define Data and AI Strategy: Shape the vision for data and AI-led business transformation by structuring a comprehensive strategy that optimizes data assets and AI technologies for competitive growth.
Assess Organizational Maturity: Evaluate the current maturity of the organization’s data and AI capabilities to identify necessary building blocks for transitioning to an AI-first model, including technology, data strategy, and operating framework.
Develop Business Case and Roadmap: Create a detailed business case, investment profile, and actionable roadmap to implement the data and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Advise on AI Use Cases: Identify AI use cases by understanding organizational goals, analyzing needs, developing the business case while deeply assessing the technical landscape. Use industry and functional knowledge to determine ROI and create a transformation roadmap
Reinvent Processes with AI: Understand and document current processes, define functional and non-functional specifications, and reimagine future processes with AI capabilities.
Promote Responsible AI Governance: Advise organizations on adopting responsible AI practices, training users on processes, and ensuring ongoing solution maintenance to track results and realize value.
Build Cutting-Edge Solutions: Leverage technical expertise to design and implement cutting-edge AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions.
