Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee leasing referral services for residents
• Identify and develop new value-added services to enhance resident satisfaction
• Liaise with residents, service providers, and other stakeholders to promote new services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and popular services among residents
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless service implementation
• Regularly assess the effectiveness of new services and recommend improvements
• Maintain and manage department staff job roster and support for payroll process

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business development or property management
• EAA license is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Flexibility to work outdoor and availability for weekend and public holiday shifts as required
