Responsibilities:

• Participate in IT project activities such as system analysis, development, testing, and implementation.
• Collect IT project requirements and evaluate service processes to determine the best solutions.
• Assist with IT project administration and management support, including documentation and status report.
• Handle IT system user inquiries and provide follow-up support.

Requirements:

(a) Diploma or above in related disciplines is preferred.

(b) Minimum 1 year relevant working experience.

(c) Knowledge in applying new technologies such as AI is an advantage.

(d) Self-motivated team player with good attitude and interpersonal skills.

(e) Willing to learn continuously.
