Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of human resources and office administrative support, including recruitment, training, benefit administration and other general office duties;
  • Assist in daily accounting operation, such as preparation of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and data input;
  • Manage filing system, upkeep proper records, compile statistics and reports;
  • Handle or work with team members ad hoc or other duties/projects assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Administration or Accounting or above;
  • Familiar with PC software – MS word, Excel, and Chinese word processing;
  • Detail-minded, organized, proactive, team-oriented and able to work independently;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • 2 to 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Compassionate in serving the elderly.
