Responsibilities:

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and assist Relationship Managers in cultivating long term relationship with customers
  • Process account opening documents in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
  • Handle deposit rate quotation, remittance transaction and conduct AML review
  • Participate in system enhancement and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
  • At least 2 years’ relevant credit and marketing experience in financial or banking industry an advantage
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferred
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
