Your role:

• Identify and capture new business opportunities by researching market trends and consumer insights to propose strategies for achieving specific KPIs
• Develop & execute marketing campaigns and events aligned with company goals while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor and prepare reporting on campaign effectiveness to handle immediate actions & optimize future initiatives
• Negotiate pricing strategies and collaboration terms to maximize profitability while coordinating joint marketing initiatives and promotional activities with partners
• Analyze, review and monitor the Profit and Loss (P&L) management

To succeed in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or business development roles
• Strong sense of creativity: Outstanding ability in campaign execution, writing clear and thinking creative & innovative ideas
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to work collaboratively, well-organized and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical skill: Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with ability to interpret metrics and actionable insights
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Experience in telecom or start-up or creative agency background will be an advantage
