Temp Administrative Clerk

Duties:
- Follow up candidate profile, referecne checking, prepare documentations / employment contract, data entry and word editing
- Assist in interview arrangment
- Provide administration support and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Staff
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Discipline or equivalent
- At least 1 year working experience in business administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Fast learner, multi-tasking, team player and detail-minded
- Good communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
