Major Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage specific tasks in projects and IT services;
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
• Liaise with different stakeholders; and
• Ad-hoc assignment.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Information Technology or related discipline;
• At least 1 year working experience in IT support;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• Multitasking and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision;
• Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and system automation, include Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign and Shortcuts (App) in macOS would be preferred.
