Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the iERP project team to create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and scenarios related to inventory control and warehouse operation
• Coordinate UAT sessions with end users and stakeholders in Material & Stores department
• Conduct UAT testing with end users and stakeholders, record testing result and identify discrepancies
• Assist in developing training materials and user guides, and providing support during the testing phase

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, prefer in inventory control
• Hands on experience in world-class ERP System (e.g. ORACLE and/or SAP)
• Sound end-user computing and Microsoft Office Application skills
• Good knowledge in inventory control, stores operation, procurement and/or financial control

Remarks:

• Appointment will be made on 6-month temporary contract terms, subject to renewal with business needs
