Associate Account Supervisor
Job Duties
- Assist in daily accounting functions include voucher preparation, data input, data analysis and month end closing.
- Prepare cheque & bank reconciliation.
- Handle full set of accounts independently.
- Participate in annual audit.
- Assist inventory control include ordering, recording and annual stocktake.
- Handle taxation affairs for China Factory and HK Company.
- Assist the supervisor in other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.
- LCC Higher Accounting or Higher Diploma in Accounting.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years related experience.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Accounting system, such as MYOB, kingdee ERP system (knowledge of MYOB system preferred).
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Familiar with MS Word and Excel.
- Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
